Job Description

ABOUT THE WORK:

Your core responsibilities as a Customer Care Associate will include the following.

·The first point-of-contact to engage with End Users via Phone, Email and Chat to resolve technical scenarios using product knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

·Provide outstanding customer service to match Axiom’s quality standards.

·Provide Internal and External End-users access to Fusion modules to assist with technical inquiries.

·Issue training certificates to End-users upon training completion.

·Track and report all inquiries within Axiom’s Customer Relationship Management System (Salesforce).

·Assist the Project Management Team during initiation, maintenance, and close-out of projects, which may include training, client communications, implementation of new / updated functionality and validation.

·Administer eClinical Questionnaires to Study Participants via phone.

·Actively participate in internal training sessions and stay up to date on key study information.

·Collect feedback from End-users and strive to maintain a 5.0 Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT).

·Work across multiple time zones and communicate with remote team members.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

•Minimum 1 year in a Customer Service environment.

•A Bachelor’s Degree (i.e., BSc, BA) is preferred.

•Experience in the Technology, Pharma or Healthcare industries an asset.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Power-Point.
