Job Description
Job Title: Customer Care Coordinator


Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the homeowner journey, from post-purchase to post-warranty periods. Your primary focus will be to address homeowner inquiries, coordinate customer care activities, and efficiently manage warranty administration tasks.


Key Accountabilities


  • Coordinate with internal departments to meet homeowner needs and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Maintain records of warranty-related activities and update homeowner documentation.
  • Manage warranty administration tasks, including tracking, follow-up, and coordination with relevant teams.
  • Act as an advocate for homeowners, escalating complaints and ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to homeowner inquiries, providing accurate and comprehensive information.
  • Assist in creating reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.
  • Conduct regular site visits to address homeowner concerns and ensure satisfaction.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Strong organizational abilities and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Self-motivated and proactive problem solver.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
