Overview A Customer Care Analyst is a customer service professional who is responsible for providing customer service and support to customers. They are responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing technical support. They must be able to communicate effectively with customers and have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
