Receptionist – Customer Care
Do you have a passion for building meaningful relationships?
As a receptionist you will welcome and direct customers who call or visit the building appropriately. You’ll ensure the reception area is kept to our standard for guests visiting the building.
The Receptionist position is based onsite out of our beautiful new head office, minutes away from Downtown Vancouver, with potential for a hybrid work from home model as volume allows.

What you’ll do:

• Be the central part of guidance to the office space, providing information and direction to those choosing to work on site
• Assist customers and collaborate on solutions to deliver world class customer experiences
• Pleasantly and professionally greet visitors and connect them with the correct employee
• Ensure all visitors are following parking, safety and security protocols including sign-in and visitor’s badges
• Support the customer care team by logging, scanning and creating customer care cases, triaging customer care mailboxes and assigning cases to team members via SalesForce

What we’re looking for:

• 3-4 years of experience in high volume reception on a multi-line switchboard
• 1-2 years of customer service
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office Suite experience
