NEP Australia is currently looking for a Melbourne based Crewing & Travel Co-ordinator to join our team in a full-time on-going position.


The role will work alongside a team of Crewing & Travel team members with respect to crewing and travel duties across various NEP jobs.


Key Responsibilities But Not Limited To


  • Organising crew accreditation for venues
  • Weekly timesheet payroll processing
  • Call sheet preparation and distribution
  • Crewing of freelancers such as camera operators, audio, CCU, EVS, etc
  • Booking of crew travel logistics


Required Skills And Attributes


  • Experience using MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Minimum of two years crewing and travel experience desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Be a collaborative team player who is also self-motivated and can work autonomously
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Broadcast, Production, or event experience desirable but not essential
