Aircraft Travel Coordinator Jobs

Knowledge of iFlight software considered a benefit

Work with various Departments to determine maintenance requirements are met when building new schedules.

Be an active part of the Technical Operations team as we expand our operations and responsibilities

Experience and proficiency in aviation software and applications required

Previous experience in an airline operations centre environment preferred

Working knowledge of both airports, and maintenance operations an asset

Develop and manage travel policies;

Develop and issue daily travel manifest to support remote mine site;

Manage fixed wing air craft contract ensuring accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement;

A minimum of 3 years’ related experience.

Experience in booking and requesting flights.

Strong MS Teams and Office Skills.

Proficient in developing ongoing, strategic campaigns for Social Media channels; inclusive of social listening for brand reputation and crisis management.

Travel industry experience is an asset. Tico certification or willingness to obtain.

Strong presentation and pitch deck development skills.

Strong proofreading and editing skills to ensure compliance with advertising regulations.

2+ years experience in a Marketing related discipline. Travel industry experience is a plus.

Advanced technology skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.

Travel experience, with knowledge in remote travel and aviation experience is considered an asset.

Self-motivated and possess strong organization and time management skills, with attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and various mobile technologies, with strong computer skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to influence all external and internal stakeholders, using effective communication skills.

3+ years of the travel industry, tourism or finance experience preferred.

Knowledge of T&E reporting and processing (Egencia and Coupa experience a plus)

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Training in travel and tourism or Travel Association Certifications are a plus.

Strong analytical and reporting skills; effectively evaluates information/data.

Superb technical skills: Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, Sharepoint and PowerBI.

Characterize planned and unplanned work (NCR, BOI, Snags, Workbooks) - duration, zone, jobs activities, sequence, milestones.

Support Manufacturing Leaders to achieve daily targets

Monitor daily manufacturing issues to secure production schedule (Shortage, disposition and documentation follow-up reviews)
