Develop and manage travel policies;

Develop and issue daily travel manifest to support remote mine site;

Manage fixed wing air craft contract ensuring accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement;

A minimum of 3 years’ related experience.

Experience in booking and requesting flights.

Strong MS Teams and Office Skills.

Proficient in developing ongoing, strategic campaigns for Social Media channels; inclusive of social listening for brand reputation and crisis management.

Travel industry experience is an asset. Tico certification or willingness to obtain.

Strong presentation and pitch deck development skills.

Strong proofreading and editing skills to ensure compliance with advertising regulations.

2+ years experience in a Marketing related discipline. Travel industry experience is a plus.

Advanced technology skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.

Travel experience, with knowledge in remote travel and aviation experience is considered an asset.

Self-motivated and possess strong organization and time management skills, with attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and various mobile technologies, with strong computer skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to influence all external and internal stakeholders, using effective communication skills.

3+ years of the travel industry, tourism or finance experience preferred.

Knowledge of T&E reporting and processing (Egencia and Coupa experience a plus)

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Training in travel and tourism or Travel Association Certifications are a plus.

Strong analytical and reporting skills; effectively evaluates information/data.

Superb technical skills: Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, Sharepoint and PowerBI.

Assistance agent - 4 days of work at home and 1 day in the office (Downtown Montreal)

Permanent position with full benefits - Full time 37.5 h

Work from home (computer and equipment provided) + Office located in downtown Montreal (near McGill metro)

Experience in customer service over the phone (call center or help desk experience is an asset)

Be able to work from home and willing to travel 1 day to the office

Schedule: You must be available Monday to Sunday from 7am to Midnight (12am)

Broadcast, Production, or event experience desirable but not essential

Minimum of two years crewing and travel experience desirable but not essential

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Experience using MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook
