Claim Coordinator Responsibilities

• Submit all Employer Reports within the provincially legislated timeframes
• Manage worker’s compensation claims across Canada, excluding Quebec.
• Assist the Senior Advisor with Worker’s Compensation Appeals
• Participate in monthly claims calls with the team to discuss the active claims
• Manage claims from the onset of injury up to and including a return to full duties
• Maintain accurate records within the claims management software

Claim Coordinator Qualifications

• Functional knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite, Sharepoint, and Teams; Technology savvy
• A track record for managing tight deadlines and competing priorities
