The Impact You Will Have:
This pivotal role has been specially crafted to empower you, as the head of Human Resources, to directly influence the future of the company. By partnering closely with the CEO, you will play a vital role in driving the company's continued growth. As a strategic partner, you will build an HR function that becomes integral to our organizational success.
Your responsibilities will encompass all facets of Human Resources, and you will spearhead significant change initiatives that impact the company's growth, strategy implementation, and cultural transformation. Through strategic collaboration with business units and the senior leadership team, you will propel the company toward achieving its goals. Your expertise will span talent acquisition, management, training and development, rewards, retention, and culture, ensuring comprehensive HR excellence.
What Are We Looking For?
We seek an extraordinary HR leader with over 15 years of broad and deep HR experience, capable of driving transformative change. Your background in manufacturing, distribution, or related industry will be highly valued, and prior experience with privately-owned companies is preferred.
As a seasoned professional, you possess a wealth of technical HR expertise and have successfully overseen the full HR suite, including Talent Acquisition, Management, Training and Organizational Development, Compensation and Benefits, HR Operations, Strategy, and HR Business Partnering. Your practical exposure to planning and driving transformational change related to organizational design, operational efficiencies, people capabilities, and culture change will set you apart.
Additionally, experience with HRIS selection and implementation will be beneficial in fulfilling this role.
