Business Development Representative Jobs

Ommaty, an innovative technology company, is looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team. Our platform includes directories of Muslim and Halal businesses, promotions, social feeds, prayer times, and a marketplace, catering to a diverse Muslim audience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with businesses and foster partnerships that leverage our platform to reach our unique audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Pitch our services to potential partners.
• Travel within British Columbia for face-to-face meetings with prospective clients.
• This role might include the involvement with the community as in to organize/sponsor events when needed.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with potential business partners.
• Promote the Ommaty platform as a key marketing and outreach tool for Muslim and Halal businesses.

Qualifications

• Recent university graduate.
• Proficiency in managing relationships with key stakeholders.
• Must have a driver's license and own vehicle for travel(employee will be compensated).
• 1+ years of experience in sales or business development (preferred).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adept at identifying and developing business opportunities.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Compensation

We offer a package composed of a base salary and commission structure.
