Our client, one of the major insurance companies in Canada, is seeking a bilingual service-desk analyst / support analyst. If you are a fully bilingual service desk support professional with experience in various IT technologies such as desktops, mobile devices, and the Microsoft stack, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities
Your responsibilities in this role will include performing support tasks for employees throughout the organization, which involve problem-solving, problem identification, equipment logging and tracking, troubleshooting, providing hardware and software support, resolving incidents, configuring software, generating Power BI reports, and adhering to ITIL principles.--
Qualifications
Fluency in French is essential for this role.
A computer science degree or diploma is highly preferred.
Strong customer service skills, excellent oral and written communication abilities, as well as proficient analytical and problem-solving skills, are highly valued.
