Join a top employer and advance your career. Aplin has partnered with a Downtown Montreal, Quebec-based company to hire a Bilingual French Change Manager. This will be a 6- month contract with the potential for an extension or to go permanent.

Benefits & Perks:

• This will be a hybrid role (2 to 3 Days in Office).
• 37.5 hours/week EST.
• Compensation: Upto $86.00/hour.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize change requests, assess their impact, and accept or reject changes.
• Led the organizational implementation and transition of business process, organizational change, and system changes, including the definition of the change, planning and execution, documentation, training, and coaching.
• Create training material, organize, manage, and conduct training sessions.
• Responsible for managing new processes, business transformation, and service design.
• Assess training needs, plan training strategies, and design training programs.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Change management certification or designation.
• Must Be Bilingual and Fluent in English and French.
• Consulting experience from BIG 4 or BIG 6 is an asset.
• Must have over 5 years of working in an organizational change.
• Must have a Degree or Diploma in Finance, Communications, or Business Management.
• Must have experience working in the financial sector, and project/portfolio management in large corporations.
