Job Summary
The Sr. Change Management Consultant fosters adoption of Data & Analytics (D&A) and contributes to McKesson’s journey to increase its maturity level and enable timely insights to its internal customers. He/she plays an instrumental role in this evolution and collaborates with teams across the organization to foster the adoption, the use of analytics tools and implement initiatives to build and engage with the Data & Analytics community: This may include strategizing and organizing events, developing educational materials, and building online communities to facilitate knowledge-sharing and collaboration. He/she will be expected to proactively keep abreast on industry trends and developments related to D&A, and effectively share this knowledge. He/she implements initiatives to build and engage with the Data & Analytics community.
Section A – Specific Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders and teams across McKesson Canada to prepare them for upcoming changes
- Responsible for strategizing and executing the delivery of learning and training activities, including developing a learning curricula, scheduling training sessions, preparing materials, working with facilitators to prepare materials, etc.
- Plan Strategically and coordinate activities in the D&A community to build engagement, foster knowledge sharing, and grow capabilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders of McKesson internal sites (e.g., SharePoint) to build and maintain D&A portals material
- Monitor and respond to questions related to the Canada D&A Hub
- Lead the development and execution of communications related to D&A priorities and initiatives
- Create and implement change management strategies to roll out changes related to the D&A community and enable adoption
- Develop strategies to grow the D&A community skills level and advance D&A maturity through learning and engagement
- Develop a learning and training strategy in consultation with HR partners and BU D&A leads to build D&A capability
- Lead the development and implementation of communication forums to engage with the D&A community in McKesson Canada
Section B – General Responsibilities
- Acts as the company’s primary resource in his/her area of expertise, providing leadership and direction on all related issues.
- Promotes cooperation within own team as well as between groups and with other departments.
- Deliver professional internal/external presentations.
Section C – Position Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills
- Lead and champion change at all levels
- Knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry is a strong asset
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science preferred, and at least 5-7 years of experience in Data and Analytics space in different capacities
- Expertise experience in Project Management and performance management
- Knowledge of McKesson business is an asset
- Proven track record of leading or playing a key role in significant projects that have reshaped process and/or organizations
- The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible
- Experience with supporting Learning, Change Management and Communication
- Knowledge of Information Architecture, Data Modeling, Reporting and Analytical concept is an asset.
- Change Management & Adoption
- Excellent leadership skills and experience leading matrixed teams
- 5 + years of demonstrated experience in similar role
- Bilingualism (French / English) – required
- Knowledge of Data & Analytics best practices across value chain, D&A knowledge groups and vendors
