Title:Bilingual Change Management Expert

Location: Montreal – 2 days/week face-to-face

Type: Long Term Contract (6 months with 2 renewal options of 6 months)

Key points/Highlights:

• Have a solid experience in developing change management, training and communication strategies and plans
• Solid pen in writing in French
• 10 years of experience in change management
• Have a solid experience with structured methodologies in change management (ex.: ADKAR) (certification an asset)
• Soft Skills: a person who shows great empathy and who likes to share his experience with other team members (Training, coach)
• Have acted as lead change manager for a minimum of 3 multi-stakeholder technology projects in a large organization in the past 3 years
• Be able to navigate in a blurry and unstructured environment
• Have demonstrable experience in facilitating workshops

Job description:

• Contribute to the adoption of change management practices and supervise resources so that they can fully contribute to effective change management;
• Accompany the resources in the identification of the activities to be carried out and the associated efforts.
