Work From Home - Customer Service Representative – Bilingual (English And French)

We are looking for customer service representatives to join the Nordia family. This position is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, inclusive and dynamic team while working from home.

What We Offer

• Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST; Saturday-Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m EST;.
• Hourly wage of $21.75 after training (including a $3.25 premium per hour worked and a $2/hour Bilingual premium);
• Premium available for night and weekend shifts;
• This position offers the possibility to work from home, but you can also work on-site according to your preference.

• Must have a secure space and not be disturbed during your shift.
• Must reside with the hiring location.
• Eligibility criteria :
• Availability to work full time according to the following schedule:
• Complete benefits plan after six (6) months of service, including:
• Must have a minimum of 25 MBPS high speed internet;

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service and assistance related to the products and services offered (e.g. sales, billing issues, loyalty and claims);
• Analyze the customer's request and offer an appropriate solution;
• Reinforce customer satisfaction and ensure loyalty by offering professional and courteous service that meets the customer's needs and high standards of satisfaction.
• Take charge of the customer's requests and maintain a follow-up, if necessary;
• Target business opportunities in order to promote the products and services offered;

Qualifications

• Completed high school diploma;
• Excellent organizational skills and sense of priorities;
• Ability to multi-task and meet pre-established objectives;
• Be fluently bilingual (English and French) with excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Excellent interpersonal skills - you enjoy interacting with people and listening to find solutions to their requests;
• Hours of operation are subject to change and may include night and weekend shifts.

Training start date: August 8th
