Lead Accountant (Bilingual) Jobs

THE ROLE

Responsible for providing timely and accurate technical accounting and bookkeeping services

Will also be involved in some HR and Operational activities to cover of the financial and logistical operations of the company.

Providing technical accounting support services.

• Work with the existing external accounting provider to make sure:

Month and year processing is completed.

Balance sheet re-conciliated monthly.

Tax returns and obligations adhered to.

Entering timesheets in WRMS.

• Assisting with the ERP system maintenance and development.

• Identifying and driving opportunities for efficiency and continuous improvement.

• Performing basic HR operations around onboarding and payroll operations.

• Support business strategic review of the pension plan, health care insurance, and other

organizational obligations.

Supporting management and other team members with document production as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

min 3 yrs experience as an Accountant and Operations Specialist

• Accounting or bookkeeping qualification preferred.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles.

• ERP system experience.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Confidence with involvement in HR activities (experience not obligatory).

• Ability to manipulate and clearly translate financial data.
