Position Summary


Have a working understanding of the below items:

  • Active Directory knowledge and have supported for 2+ years
  • Windows and Linux OS(Workstation/Server) knowledge and have supported for 2+ years
  • Backup and Restore procedures
  • OS Patching and Maintenance
  • Exchange/Email
  • Security(AntiVirus/EndPoint Protection) knowledge and have supported for 2+ years
  • VMWare knowledge and have supported for 2+ years
  • Storage(NFS/SMB/Volumes/Shares) knowledge and have supported for 2+ years
  • DNS knowledge and have supported for 2+ years
  • AWS Concepts(VPC/EC2/S3/SMTP/EFS/FSx…etc)
  • Scripting Languages such as Python and or Powershell
  • Networking(VPN,subnetting, routing and switching) knowledge and have supported for 2+ years

Nice to have but not required

  • Networking Administrator
  • Security Administrator
  • Storage/Backup Administrator
  • VMWare/HyperV/Hypervisor Administrator
  • AWS Professional Certification
  • AWS Associate Certification
  • CompTIA certifications either A+ or Cloud+ ?
  • Microsoft and/or Linux Certifications
