The location in Montreal, (Quebec, Canada), is seeking talent to fill the position of Systems Administrator. This job is full-time permanent.


Resolute is looking for Windows Administrator for a growing environment. The incumbent will be responsible for implementing, configuring and supporting various Microsoft system. The candidate need to have good knowledge of O365, AWS and Azure in Hybrid and on premise environment products.


Your Challenges


In charge of the resolution of any intervention assigned to him resulting from an incident, a request or a scheduled change;


  • Provide timely response to users issues and escalation and level 3 support;
  • Investigating & troubleshooting root causes via problem management;
  • Establish and implement policies, procedures, and technologies to ensure cloud security;
  • Providing 24/7 On-Call support.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and documentation;
  • Recommend and execute modifications to Cloud environment in order to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance;
  • Define and implement strategies for integrating disparate operating environments;
  • Create PowerShell scripts as required;
  • Participate for the implantation of technical projects;
  • Resolving incidents impacting Microsoft Infrastructure and O365 environment;
  • Manage enterprise directory services and supporting Microsoft infrastructure;


Your Team


Reporting to the Server Team Lead, you will be part of a vibrant, enthusiastic team.


Your Qualifications


  • A minimum of two years of related experience managing users in Office 365, Exchange and SharePoint (online & on-premises) and Active Directory;
  • Knowledge of scripting code using PowerShell and common scripting tools.
  • Proficiency in different Cloud environments (AWS/Azure);
  • A minimum of two years of experience in troubleshooting and configuring O365 solutions;
  • Minimum DEC/College Degree (Bachelor’s degree and asset);
  • 5+ years of technical experience with Server infrastructure;


Your Assets


  • Good Knowledge of Windows server Infrastructure;
  • Good Knowledge of O365 – Azure - AWS.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, Service Now;
  • Good Knowledge of Active Directory;

  • Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail;
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment;
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language;
  • Effective oral and written communication skills in both official languages;
  • Able to prioritize & execute tasks in a high-pressure environment;
  • Knowledge of Fortimail.
  • Proven analytical & problem-solving abilities;
  • Ability to conduct research into server issues and products as required;
