Our Dasher & Logistics Strategy & Operations team owns the end to end Dasher experience, from supply & efficiency to quality to pay to net-new bets. We're focused on finding new ways to build and scale the DoorDash platform to deliver a superior Dasher, Customer and Merchant experience.
About The Role
Strategy & Operations Associates are the heart and soul of DoorDash. In a typical day, Strategy & Operations Associates may complete a variety of tasks such as devising and executing experiments to drive growth, diving into data to explain performance at the lowest level of detail, building reports, models, and tools that allow teams to scale their work 10x. Our best S&O Associates are self-motivated, highly analytical, data-driven, and have exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills. They're generalists who are willing to roll up their sleeves and do whatever it takes to make the business successful. This role will focus on the Dasher operations for Drive, our white-label solution that empowers Merchants to offer their own customers on-demand delivery through their own channels, utilizing DoorDash's logistics network.
You will report into the Manager of Logistics on our Dasher & Logistics team in our Strategy & Operations organization. We expect this role to be hybrid with some time in-office and some time remote.

• Collaborate. You'll work with a cross-functional team, including operations, finance, and marketing to build this new line of business for DoorDash.
