Associate, Communications Project Management

Reporting to the Director, Pension Communications, the Associate, Communications Project Management is responsible for projects from beginning to end, making sure the work gets done efficiently and effectively. The Associate, Communications Project Management will provide product management support for the implementation of Pension Communications activities with two focus areas service-centric communications to internal and external stakeholders and support-centric communications to help teams across Pensions deliver on key metrics. The individual will be responsible for creating and managing project management plans, organizing and managing meetings, assisting in the development of presentations and organizing the delivery of communications projects.

The Associate, Communications Project Management will

• Develop and maintain department procedures, managing and monitoring compliance processes and preparation of reports as required.
• Assist in the development of presentation and other communications products, as required.
• Ensure project materials meet quality standards
• Monitor production to resolve issues
• Additional tasks as required including coordination of various initiatives.
• Liaise with Pension Communications team members and internal stakeholders on projects across Pensions to formulate objectives and understand requirements
• Determine number of necessary resources (time, project partners, etc.)
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel
• Report to upper management
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines

To succeed in this role, you will have

• Ability to initiate and nurture positive working relationships with partners at all levels both inside and outside the organization.
• Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• High energy and commitment, with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics
• Firm knowledge of project management tools and resources
• A natural ability to pay attention to detail
• 4+ years of proven experience in project and production management
• Experience in financial services, preferably
• Ability to take initiative and consistently meet deadlines unsupervised.
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
• Outstanding communication ability
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to reprioritize individual work to support team needs as circumstances require.
