Manage, coordinate, and administer the program’s day-to-day operational activities including process implementation, change management, quality assurance, data management, and risk management

BSc with 2+ years of relevant experience

Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively and gain the cooperation of others across functional teams

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Plan and coordinate agenda items for recurring program/project team meetings, including scheduling and recording of minutes

4+ years of proven experience in project and production management

Firm knowledge of project management tools and resources

Liaise with Pension Communications team members and internal stakeholders on projects across Pensions to formulate objectives and understand requirements

Experience in reporting on key production metrics

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach

Minimum 5-7 experience in a project management role, with a focus in technical web development implementations.

Provide mentorship to project management team members, fostering professional growth and helping to cultivate a high-performing team.

Stay updated on industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development and technical project management.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including agile, hybrid-agile, and SDLC, with a preference for agile project management frameworks and approaches.

Proficiency in project management software/tools and collaboration platforms. (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Monday).

Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, thriving in an agile project management environment.

A minimum of 4 years of SAP project management/program management experience, covering a minimum of 2 full-cycle projects.

An interest in staying abreast of SAP and project management trends

Define how the scope goals and deliverables of projects should support business goals in collaboration with senior management.

Experience project managing full-cycle SAP projects

Strong written and verbal client-facing communication and presentation skills; should be comfortable interacting with clients daily

Serves as the primary point of contact for the COP and corporate office staff on technical, management, operational, and financial issues.

Resolves complex contractual issues with appropriate escalation and collaboration with Contracts and senior management.

BS/BA degree in a related field, such as business administration, management, international development and/or other related discipline required

Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize assignments and manage multiple deadlines.

Manages home office functions for one or more projects and relationships with the field teams.

The Consultant should have the following qualifications and skills:

• Under the direction of the Program Manager, Transformation & Integration Services:

• Demonstrated experience with a solid understanding of IT service delivery and support processes.

• Demonstrated experience with strategic and tactical thinking.

Increase project management maturity and capability within the SBA through the application of project management experience and knowledge

Minimum of 8-10 years of Project Management, Stage Gate, Supply Chain and Operations experience

Successful people management and development skills

Review programs and projects for deliverability including adequate resourcing management and governance procedures and accuracy of financial estimates.

Employ DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) strategies through all phases of C.I. Project Management

As required, act as the Project Manager for select projects

Complete training in accordance with Information Management curriculum, including Information Protection Management Guidelines (IPMG) and 21 CFR Part 11 training requirements

Collaborate with functional lines to understand and document the use of the information management solutions with the business process.

Contribute to continuous improvement projects to simplify and improve system use and system management.

Develop and execute ad hoc or standard queries and follow established procedures to validate queries/results in support of business requirements

Demonstrated analytical skills with demonstrated ability to investigate and solve complex problems.

Work closely with functional lines to articulate business needs for new solutions or changes to existing solutions.
