Project Management (Co-Op) Jobs

Summary

We are seeking a co-op student to work within our Project Management Team. The successful candidate will work closely with other team members in providing support for documentation and reporting on project information and key progress indicators.

Work Term: 8 Months (Sept - Dec, Jan - April 2023)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide necessary support to project managers
• Manage short duration projects from initial concept to implementation
• Assist in the identification and development of processes to improve project reporting practices
• Report on project developments and metrics
• Develop tools in Excel that will assist in measuring and reporting on project performance
• Support Project Management Team projects: exposure to scheduling, budgets, project management techniques and processes

Qualifications

• Experience with working in a technical environment an assets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, with emphasis on Excel
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Business / Engineering student with the desire to learn from an experienced team
• A team player who is also able work to independently under supervision of a senior team member
• Structured problem-solving experience
• Quick learner
