Job Description

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager with all sales and administration operations of the Branch including but not limited to: training and recruitment, federal and provincial regulatory compliance, and achieving individual and branch sales and product mix objectives.

About this location:


Resthaven Memorial Gardens conducts approximately 520 interments per year and is supported by an offsite, McDougal & Brown Scarborough, a short distance away which serves approximately 530 families annually.

What you bring to the role:


  • Experience in business development, sales and customer success is required.
  • Demonstrated ability building strong partnerships with Cemetery Operations, Funeral and Home Office Centres of Excellence to achieve Company revenue goals and objectives
  • High comfort level leading a team of sales and administrative professionals, ideally with 2 years of sales experience, leading and coaching a large team.
  • Highly focused on achieving and exceeding sales results and ensuring full compliance of all federal and provincial regulatory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience hiring and training new sales employees.
  • Passion for customer care demonstrated in previous professional experiences.
