Ensure Branch and Cage reports are prepared, reviewed (where assigned), distributed and/or presented to Branch Management for review.

Manage the filing for all branch operations related reports and documents, oversee branch retention of documents in accordance with internal controls

Co-ordinate with Advisor/Branch for any client events, manage invitations & logistics & event execution

Strong skills working with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite

Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service that will come across as professional, warm, and friendly to our clients

A broad knowledge of products and services offered by the bank.

Experience or willingness to learn non-real estate consumer lending preferred.

Solid knowledge of bank-wide regulations and thorough knowledge of regulations and laws that relate to his/her department.

Identify customer needs and collaborate on possible solutions.

Resolve a variety of simple to complex questions.

Understand and effectively explain the purpose of various federal regulations.

A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience

1 year of customer service experience

1 year of cash handling experience

What You Need To Know

Demonstrate advanced face-to-face, email, videoconferencing, and telephone etiquette and relationship management skills;

Open accounts and manage documentation requirements;

Be responsible for all cash management within the team practice, including incoming and outgoing funds, purchases and redemptions of cash equivalents;

CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and maintaining/improving CRM databases is an asset;

Registered Representative licensing, including the completion of the Wealth Management Essentials Course, is preferred.

Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and in adherence with regulatory requirements;

2+ years of experience in the investment industry (Wealth Management/Financial Services)

Previous management experience considered an asset

Provide on-going coaching with employee development, performance management and motivation

Assist the Branch Manager(s) in the continued implementation and adoption of our Total Wealth Strategy

Maintain regulatory requirements and organizational standards

A coaching mindset with experience communicating a business strategy
