High quality time management and organization skills

Ensure Branch and Cage reports are prepared, reviewed (where assigned), distributed and/or presented to Branch Management for review.

Manage the filing for all branch operations related reports and documents, oversee branch retention of documents in accordance with internal controls

Co-ordinate with Advisor/Branch for any client events, manage invitations & logistics & event execution

Strong skills working with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite

Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service that will come across as professional, warm, and friendly to our clients

Duration of term: Fall 2023 term. 8 month opportunities available (September - April)

You have a degree/diploma in Business; CSC is an asset

Excellent leadership, motivation, and coaching skills with a focus on people and results.

Promoting referrals to our Wealth Management, Business Banking, and 3rd party providers

Post-secondary education in Finance (or related studies)

5 years of retail banking experience

A minimum of 2 years experience as a Financial Advisor

Motivating and coaching employees to find opportunities to shape members financial fitness

Being proactive in pursuing new business opportunities
