Agency Manager Jobs

We’re looking for an organized and collaborative leader to be our Agency Manager at our Toronto location. This role will be actively involved in all areas of account services and will support our team in their roles and responsibilities. This is a hybrid role, with two in-office days required per week.

The ideal candidate is someone who has worked at an agency and has proven public relations and social media experience across the B2C space. We want to work with someone who will foster a positive, supportive, and creative environment with like-minded ambitions to grow our agency.

You would be responsible for:

• Jumping in to help the team whenever needed
• Creating decks and proposals
• Develop and oversee strategy and execution for all accounts
• Managing the development of staff, supporting their roles and clients
• Project management
• Aiding in communications with both existing and potential clients
• Ensuring campaigns and client KPIs are met
• Act as the primary point of contact in Toronto
• Maintain efficiency within the office by establishing the best policies, standards, and procedures for the company or department

Qualifications:

• Can manage a sales funnel with many moving parts
• Actively network and create opportunities
• A proven record of successful PR, social, events, and/or marketing experience
• Manage your own workload while overseeing the work of the team
• Hyper organized, proactively organizing the team and clients to meet deadlines
• A pulse on the most covetable brands across lifestyle, fashion, beauty, real estate, beverage, CPG, etc
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in or knowledge of Public Relations, Brand Management, and Social Media Management
• Lead sales calls and client communication
