Formal DWP disability analyst accreditation

Strong keyboarding skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Yardi Property Management software.

Have experience using Yardi Property Management Software

Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Secretarial, plus two years' related experience.

Excellent knowledge of office procedures and practices are required to maintain accurate and secure files, track, and follow-up information/report requests.

Possess current Emergency First Aid and WHMIS certifications.

Previous experience in a management role within a government ministry and understanding of governance and/or policy

Facilitate collaborative approaches to planning, implementation and management of infrastructure

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work with teams across IO and the Ontario Public Service and associated agencies

Experience in the implementation/delivery and/or oversight of capital projects

Support senior management in contract negotiations and act as liaison officer between legal services and Dollarama agencies regarding contractual clauses;

Plan, manage and control the entire agency billing process (accuracy of rates, timesheets, bonuses and contract requirements);

Manage agency-related clerks and Dollarama liaison supervisors;

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations or Human Resources Management, or in a related field (an asset);

Advise managers at the DC and warehouses on agency issues;

Validate training objectives and requirements;

Experience in or knowledge of Public Relations, Brand Management, and Social Media Management

A proven record of successful PR, social, events, and/or marketing experience

Can manage a sales funnel with many moving parts

Manage your own workload while overseeing the work of the team

Aiding in communications with both existing and potential clients

Act as the primary point of contact in Toronto
