Experience in Client Relationship Management is essential for this role.

Third level qualification and/or 2 years level experience in financial services industry

Actively manage day to day relationship with the clients, escalating issues to their Manager when required.

Proactively identify gaps in internal key controls and work with wider TA manager/director group to close gaps.

Strong funds servicing operational knowledge, client servicing, process improvement and project delivery.

Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and managers.

7+ years Marketing / Agency / Advertising experience

Experience managing internal and external relationships

Strong digital advertising and social media experience

Exhibits a high level of competency in oral and written communication skills

Consult with Agencies to help them leverage LinkedIn to grow their clients’ businesses

Advise and execute on LinkedIn’s agency go-to-market strategy with the objective of maximizing long-term revenue for our Marketing Solutions business

Professional certification in public administration, business, economics, management is a definite asset

Project management skills to provide proactive project planning, consultation/coordination with ministry and/or central agency partners

Previous experience in a management role within a government ministry and understanding of governance and/or policy

Facilitate collaborative approaches to planning, implementation and management of infrastructure

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work with teams across IO and the Ontario Public Service and associated agencies

Experience in the implementation/delivery and/or oversight of capital projects

Experience in or knowledge of Public Relations, Brand Management, and Social Media Management

A proven record of successful PR, social, events, and/or marketing experience

Can manage a sales funnel with many moving parts

Manage your own workload while overseeing the work of the team

Aiding in communications with both existing and potential clients

Act as the primary point of contact in Toronto

4+ years of experience as a proofreader/copy editor for a marketing and/or advertising agency.

Confirming all copy and legal follows client brand guidelines and is correct and accurate.

Ensuring content, dates, etc., on artwork are correct and accurate.

Working on a variety of marketing communications, including sales aids, digital assets, CRM assets, etc.

Certifying all symbols and trademarks included in the creative are correct and accurate.

Assisting with creation and documentation of copy and content standards.

Time management skills – ability to prioritize

Responsible for performance management of employees.

Develop and implement process improvements and effectively manage change to ensure departmental objectives are met

Manage departments overtime budget effectively, indirectly responsible other department budget matters.

Manage other projects or tasks as assigned.
