This is a key role to provide subject matter expertise to Oracle SCM Cloud System end users and be participated in update and enhancement of the Oracle ERP/SCM platform. What You Will Do

• Serve internal customers with a high level of service by increasing the understanding of systems, engaging in month-end activities and cross-functional support.
• Understand how Oracle Cloud System configurations enable the business processes, specifically for SCM modules (Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Procurement).
• Develop and maintain functional system configuration documentation and processes.
• Provide subject matter expertise to Oracle SCM Cloud system end-users
• Participate in roll-out and testing of updates and enhancement ensuring defined user requirements are met.
• Oversee quality in ServiceNow queues, driving quality in incident, task, and problem management.
• Work with a managed service provide to ensure adherence to SLA’s and driving operational excellence.
• Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of the Oracle ERP/SCM platform, including roll-out and testing of updates and enhancements.
• Complete hands-on configuration of the platform as well as management of outsourced support resources.

Who You Are

• Ability to interpret process flow charts to understand what data is captured and how it travels between various applications and hardware components.
• Four or more years of related experience (e.g., Functional Analyst, Project Lead, Business/Systems Analyst, or similar role).
• Technical skills such as SQL and advanced Excel to support data activities.
• Related University degree (e.g., Computer Engineering, MBA or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of relevant domain processes in Operations (Asset Information, Risk and Review, and Lifecycle Development).
• Experience implementing software modules including requirements and testing experience.
• Knowledge of core business applications such as SAP, Oracle or Maximo that are relevant to ERP.
