Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the People & Culture team and functional areas on a variety of major initiatives and projects, including the Talent Review and EDI Strategy work.
You Will Make a Difference By
  • Assist with the administration and logistics of the yearly Talent Review by coordinating schedules and building an agenda, attending sessions and taking detailed notes, organizing and collating notes into individualized packages.
  • Update training files/records, track individual professional development and organizational training events, generate reports as required.
  • Coordinate between People & Culture teams and functional areas including organizing ad hoc meetings and communications on specific high-level projects as needed.
  • Support P&C team with administrative tasks and duties, as required.
  • Prepare and manage training invites, arrange technical and audiovisual equipment, and provide technical assistance during training.
Requirements That Are Important To Us
  • College degree/certificate in Adult Education or Human Resources.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience.
The OMA has moved to a permanent hybrid work environment. As such, the individual in this position will be required to work a minimum number of days in our Toronto office.
