We are looking for an Administrative Office Assistant to join our team on a remote basis. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. As an Administrative Office Assistant, you will provide support to our team and help us stay organized and efficient.
Responsibilities:
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Responding to emails and managing correspondence
• Coordinating meetings and scheduling appointments
• Assisting with data entry and record keeping
• Filing and maintaining documents
• Providing general administrative support
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Previous administrative or office experience is a plus, but not required
