The purpose of this role is to provide superior customer service to guest and employee requests within the housekeeping team, Deliver Great Experiences both internally and externally, maintain Lost and Found, oversee office/lunchroom/uniform supplies and stock, assist with organizing staff events, creating daily work plans for room attendants, system management (Cenium).


WAGE- $17.43

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?


  • Answer telephones in a courteous, friendly and professional manner
  • Continually focusing on improving processes and procedures
  • Manage and organize lost and found; respond to guest inquiries within 24hrs.
  • Manage system requirements with regards to Housekeeping; includes leading Cenium initiatives/training, Ipod management
  • Provide superior customer service to external guests and internal co-workers to ensure a smooth daily operation
  • Ensuring department is set up for daily operation (VIP gifts, special requests, etc).
  • Be an ambassador for the resort, constantly live the core competencies while Delivering Great Experiences to Guests and Co-Workers
  • Assist with organizing staff events and activities.
  • Assist with ordering supplies and stock for the Lunchroom
  • General administrative duties: filing, answering phones and directing calls, updating computer system, tracking employee devices and keys.
  • Maintenance and updating of the Housekeeping software details.
  • Generating reports for the department


WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?


  • Previous housekeeping experience an asset;
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge in MS Office.
  • Strong telephone/administrative and customer service experience;
