Our client in the financial field is currently looking to add an administrative assistant for their payments department for their ever growing company.
If you have a background in finance or a knowledge of administrative work then this is the position for you. This person will be working atthe Pierrefonds location
Advantages
Monday - Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM or 8:30AM-5PM
Fridays finishing at 12PM in the summer from July 1st-October 1st
Hybrid 2 days from home and 3 in the office
Location Pierrefonds
Salary $55,000-$60,000

Responsibilities
Someone who will be preapring documents, follow up with client emails.
Correcting files and documenting the necessary information.
Someone who is able to deal with numbers in a day to day basis
Documenting and inputting information on spread sheets
Detailed entry of client discussions, client meetings and logging of all client communications.
Take clear messages and communicate effectively with customers, clients, team members, and management
Develop and maintain administrative processes
Keep an organized file system
Assist in the opening and logging of finance mail items
Work in a fast paced, high volume environment
Assist with financial audit deliverables
Working with customers to ensure that calls are made promptly and following up to ensure the proper completion of jobs.
Greet visitors that may come and meet with financial advisors
Scanning, filing and data entry work
Translation of letters from the Government
Preparing financial documents
Qualifications
Experience as an administrative assistant
Team player, good communication skills, and willing to learn
Strong attention to detail
French spoken and written with functional English or bilingual
Has a working knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within the financial industry
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Experience working with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Someone who's good with numbers
