Job Description
Our client is currently seeking a Junior Office Assistant to join their amazing team on a part time permanent opportunity for a financial client of ours. This opportunity is perfect for someone that loves administrative tasks and reception duties.
Perfect opportunity for Students! Could work around students schedules once the school year starts

Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM (1 hour lunch)
26-32 hours a week
Salary 21-23$/hr
1 time a month Tuesday schedule would be 12PM-8PM (flexible)

Administrative tasks
Filing and scanning
Data Entry
Greeting clients
Answering the phones
Reception duties
Company errands as requested
Qualifications
  • Good computer skills with MS Office
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi task and prioritize
  • Corporate demeanor required
  • Bilingualism - English and French
