Account Executive -Calgary Jobs

Our client, located in North West Calgary and specializing in the financial services industry with over 25 years of industry experience, is looking for a customer service & sales support agent to join their team on a permanent basis.
They are looking for someone motivated and engaged who thrives in a small, tight knit environment. If you have the drive, the sky is the limit in terms of salary.
Hours: 8:30am to 5pm (Monday to Friday), 1 hour lunch
Location: NW Calgary

Responsibilities
Main duties include:

• Creation and verification of purchase orders
• Client portfolio reviews
• Any other associated administrative duties
• Handling quotations
• Communicating with a portfolio of 10-30 clients
• Complete outgoing calls regarding past due orders
• Credit verification

Qualifications

• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
• Must have 1 year experience in a customer service role
• Previous history in finance
• English and French a plus
