Adult Learning Certificate from a recognized and accredited institution or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience

8 -10 years of work experience in the retail operation field, with a focus on training and development

Must be able to deal with defects constructively and respectfully working with Production Manager to the document, eliminate and mitigate

Must be able to initiate, implement and maintain digital off spec reporting and labeling process in conjunction with Production Manager

2 – 5 years experience in a manufacturing supervisory role – ideally within a plastics environment / relevant industry

Problem-solving skills in both plant and people processes

Computer skills including NAV, scheduling reports, word, excel, attendance software

The candidate should know corrugated boxes along with knowledge of employee policies and procedures.

The candidate should be well versed with both verbal and written communication skills.

The candidate shall coordinate daily activities by allocating work assignments and determining work distribution, setting priorities, and leading the team.

The candidate should be able to demonstrate & enforces plant safety regulations, and housekeeping and engages employees to become safety conscious.

Maintain the sports medicine rooms as needed in order to provide the best sports medicine experience possible for our student athletes.

Certified by the National Athletic Training Association - Board of Certification.

Must be able to manage and direct the sports medicine staff.

Must have excellent communication skills.

Provide coverage for athletic practice sessions and game events, both home and away.

Assist with the assignment of sport coverage for all sports medicine staff.
