One of our clients in Guelph, ON is looking for Production Supervisor for their service.
Shift: Weekly Rotation Shift
Responsibilities

• The candidate shall maintain proper production records and logs ensuring process controls are in place & are effective.
• The candidate should be able to evaluate and verify employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques.
• The candidate shall coordinate daily activities by allocating work assignments and determining work distribution, setting priorities, and leading the team.
• They shall identify best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices.
• The candidate should be able to demonstrate & enforces plant safety regulations, and housekeeping and engages employees to become safety conscious.

Skills & Experience

• The candidate should know corrugated boxes along with knowledge of employee policies and procedures.
• The candidate should be well versed with both verbal and written communication skills.
