Supporting SailPoint’s enterprise and strategic account contract negotiation and management activities

Contract management for assigned accounts

Requirements include experience with a substantial portion of the following:

Responsible for supporting negotiations as part of commercial SaaS subscription and software licensing transactions

No processes in place to consistently deliver police services efficiently and effectively (contributing factor is vacant frontline officer positions);

Despite increasing reported incidents of crime and calls for service, number of hours of patrol decreased;

OPP is not delivering municipal policing service levels that are identified as required by deployment model;

Scheduling of frontline officers not done in accordance with peak workload periods;

Vehicles underutilized when compared to MTO’s utilization guideline for OPS vehicles;

OPP does not measure and publicly report on effectiveness of police services delivered; and

Experience with complex project management and contract negotiation

Mobilize and coordinate a multidisciplinary project team using matrix management

Leadership, thoroughness, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Manage and monitor the project according to Boralex’s strategy and profitability, quality and time criteria

Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams (technical, site, legal, finance, etc.) to encourage collaborators to find optimal solutions

At least 10 years of relevant experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to connect with all levels of management

Program management of campaign tactics such as segmentation, campaign creation, persona programs, digital campaigns, and similar demand generation tactics.

Consistent track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively.

6-8 years of marketing experience in a role running multi-channel marketing programs. Experience within the B2B industry is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient if not exceptional with Excel or other analytical tools.

Past experience in using Salesforce and/or other marketing tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, Responsys, Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.

Bachelor’s degree in either Business, Engineering, Management, Finance, or Economics or related field degree.

Commercial contract negotiation and RFPs management experience for equipment supply in the energy sector. – Required.

Develop key requirements for RFP’s to subcontractors and evaluate the bid results.

Proficient at aggregating and understanding and responding to requirements and information as part of the RFP process.

Proven experience in partnering with internal and external stakeholders to optimize a response and the decision-making process.

Strong “intrapreneurial" mindset for process analysis, problem solving and strategy development skills.

Experience Needed For The Sr. Product Manager

Clearly communicating product benefits to our users and internal stakeholders

Understanding of user centered design principles such as journey mapping, persona identification, pain statements, user experience

3+ years of practical experience working in an Agile development environment

Flexibility to be a generalist Product Manager, taking on different areas of the product as the need arises

Prior hands-on experience with analytics and tracking web applications is a plus

Experience In Post-secondary Education Or Health Care Sectors Preferred.

Has some experience with mentoring or leading a team of directs.

- 5+ years of experience in product management/development related to Security

- Experience working with Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Blackberry, Microsoft Security Solutions, Google Security Solutions, Fortinet, Radware etc.

- Experience within Agile/ Scrum practices

- Experience working with marketing to develop value propositions, sales tools

- Bilingual in French and English

Experience and knowledge with the Data Warehouse ETL process

5+ years of experience working as a Data Engineer/Data Science-Product with expertise in programming languages like Python/SQL

Analyze business requirements; construct the conceptual model and data flow processes

Experience in Data warehousing, Data Modelling, ETL.

Consulting experience is highly preferred

Consult and perform design reviews to ensure business needs are met

4-7 years of product management experience working on real-life, consumer facing products and services on web and/or mobile applications

Managing scope of work and change management efforts

Proven experience to mentor and coach Product Managers on the team

Experience in a SCRUM/Agile environment, ideally working with Jira
