Overview The People and Culture Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the People and Culture team. This role is responsible for providing assistance with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and other human resources related tasks. Detailed Job Description The People and Culture Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the People and Culture team. This role will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and other human resources related tasks. The People and Culture Assistant will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and data, preparing reports, and providing general administrative support. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least two years of experience in a human resources role
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) is preferred
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes
Job Experience
• At least two years of experience in a human resources role
• Experience in a customer service role
