Years of experience: 7-10 years in an aviation-related field;

Supports the Safety Officers with their safety recommendations and follow-up.

Chairs the Safety Team Meetings.

Participates in the Safety Action Groups (SAG) meetings.

Knowledge of GCP requirements and applicable SOPs and regulations

Perform quality review and approval of select significant quality events which have been managed by other investigation leads.

Experience with a continuous improvement DMAIC methodology (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)

Experience in adult focused threat management and protective investigations in corporate or public sector environments.

Participates as a key member supporting the work of the City’s Threat Management Unit (TMU).

Assists in the development of site security management plans where a nexus of violence risk exists.

Good computer skills and working knowledge of computer information access and protection

5+ years’ experience in Financial Crimes investigations ideally within the financial sector

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to articulate complex technical information

The QC exercise includes review of Level 1 and 2 alerts and checking/verifying any STRs

Earn the respect of internal partners for knowledge applied and professional and balanced approach to investigations

Minimum 5 years’ experience in crime investigation/audit

Proven interview skills; proven report writing skills

Experience in gathering and preserving evidence and presenting the evidence before the courts

Skilled in all Microsoft Office computer applications

Able to lead by example through provision of knowledge, cooperation and teamwork

Mediation / conflict management skills

Supports the development and implementation of fulsome workplace investigation educational programs through a variety of mediums.

Strong oral and written communication skills

Knowledge of workplace investigation techniques, human rights, sexual violence, equity, and principles of trauma-informed service provision

Supports the team by receiving and conducting preliminary inquiries into complaints to assess and recommend appropriate next steps;

Supports the Workplace Investigations Specialists in file preparation for investigation - collating allegations, communication with parties, and note-taking, as applicable.

Conduct quality assurance reviews for the Team Manager as directed

Undergraduate degree in Finance or equivalent

Sound knowledge of banking platforms, clearing streams, ACH, SWIFT

Proven track record and solid experience within AML roles

Experience with Incident Reporting Software (Perspective preferred)

Risk and conflict management experience

Escalate critical complaints to Manager, QA Investigations/ Head of Quality relating to complaint trends and/or post market performance of Bayer’s products.

Review supplier investigations and deviation investigations including the associated corrective and preventive actions against Health Canada requirements.

At least 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, in a QA or QC role

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proven time management, organizational and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Assisting the Manager and/or Senior Management with research-based projects relating to Professional Conduct.

Proven exceptional written and verbal communications skills, including experience with formal report writing.

Supporting the Manager with investigating new and ongoing complaint, report and unauthorized practice matters.

At least two years’ related experience, preferably in investigations or with another regulatory body.

Experience with conducting interviews and document findings.

Undergraduate Degree in Law, Labour/Industrial Relations, or Business Administration, or equivalent related experience required

Minimum of 7 years related experience in HR/labour relations and/or legal experience in multi-site, unionized environment; conducting workplace investigations

Minimum of 5 years related experience coaching/mentoring and alternate dispute resolution techniques

Minimum 3 years related experience in leadership and managing complex projects

Experience in a highly unionized public sector environment preferred

Considerable experience in the development and implementation of workplace investigation policies, procedures and best practices
