Overview Human Resources Program Managers are responsible for developing, implementing, and managing programs and initiatives related to human resources. They work with other HR professionals to ensure that the organization’s HR policies and procedures are up to date and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. They also work with other departments to ensure that the organization’s goals and objectives are met. They are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent. They also develop and manage programs to ensure that employees are engaged and productive. They may also be responsible for developing and managing employee relations programs. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of human resources principles and practices

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Professional Human Resources certification (e.g. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of human resources principles and practices
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of employee relations and engagement strategies
• Knowledge of performance management and development
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience developing and managing HR programs and initiatives
• Experience working with other departments to ensure organizational goals are met
• Experience developing and managing employee relations programs
