Overview Engagement Coordinators are responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty. They work with customers to identify their needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. They also work with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Detailed Job Description Engagement Coordinators are responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty. Engagement Coordinators must be able to analyze customer data and develop strategies to increase customer engagement. They must be able to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
