Overview Customer Technical Support Specialists provide technical support to customers who are having problems with their products or services. They troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, provide technical advice, and help customers understand how to use their products or services. Detailed Job Description Customer Technical Support Specialists are responsible for providing technical support to customers who are having problems with their products or services. They troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, provide technical advice, and help customers understand how to use their products or services. They may also provide customer service, answer customer inquiries, and provide product information. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
