Strong SQL coding skills are essential; Oracle, PL/SQL, and Unix scripting experience are considered an asset

Works with internal clients to understand their reporting requirements and business questions

Collaborates with others in Data and Business Intelligence to ensure clients’ requirements are met through report design

Provides user training on systems and reporting capabilities

Elicit and document business, technical and operational requirements in user story format

Analyze requirements and information flows to fully understand business or technical change requests

Must have experience using SAP Business Objects, specifically with at least 2 of the following products: IDT, WebI, or Translation Manager.

Must have a minimum of three 3 years in the last five 5 years of MS Power BI development experience.

Must have experience analyzing, developing, and implementing multiple Business Intelligence BI projects.

Must have experience developing visual reports, dashboards and BPI scorecards using Power BI.

Must have experience connecting to a variety of data sources and implementing various security options within Power BI

Must have experience administering Power BI, setting functionality, workspaces, security, and monitoring controls.

Experience writing user stories and detailed business requirements (or functional requirements) for agile teams Understanding of Agile product backlog management

Experience using Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps

Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management

Support change management activities as appropriate

Collect information from the team, stakeholders and other sources to help define requirements and acceptance criteria

As such this candidate will be providing reporting and analysis to Quality, Sales and Operations management teams.
