Overview A Bilingual Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department by performing a variety of tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration. This role requires a high level of fluency in both English and Spanish, as well as a strong understanding of Human Resources policies and procedures. Detailed Job Description The Bilingual Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department in a variety of areas. This includes recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks. The Bilingual Human Resources Generalist must be fluent in both English and Spanish, and must have a strong understanding of Human Resources policies and procedures.What is Bilingual Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities?
• Recruitment: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
• Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries and complaints, and provide guidance and advice to employees on a variety of HR-related topics.
• Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
• Other HR-related tasks: Assist with onboarding, performance reviews, and other HR-related tasks as needed.
Job Skills Required
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in Human Resources
• Professional Human Resources certification (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
• Knowledge of employee benefits programs
Job Experience
• At least two years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience working with a diverse workforce
• Experience with recruitment and selection processes
• Experience with employee benefits programs
