Job Description
Location: Human Resources, Regina Position: Full-time term (six months) Posting closing date: Sept 12, 2023

The Human Resource Generalist provides expertise to employees and management in human resource related functions including: recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, organizational development, training, talent management, and compensation. The Human Resource Generalist contributes to the effective delivery of human resource initiatives. The Human Resource Generalist ensures employment legislation, policies, procedures, and agency standards are being met.


Qualifications, Experience, And Skills


  • Minimum of 1 year Human Resources experience
  • Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation an asset.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS system.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Diploma or University degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or other related discipline combined with a diploma or certificate in HR.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.


The salary range for this position is $57,470 and $74,297.
