Accounting Strategy Associate Jobs

Issue AR invoices and handles administrative aspects of the billing which include sending reminders, receipts, and correspondences.

Process daily bank deposit transactions and reconcile payments in an accurate and timely matter.

Support franchise royalty admin as required.

Prepare bi-weekly employee expense reimbursement.

Assist in finance transformation projects;

Strong knowledge of accounting principles including accruals, asset capitalization, and revenue recognition.

Record banking and credit card transactions;

Prepare customer invoices and follow up on collections based on client business rules;

Record supplier bills and process vendor payments based on client business rules;

Record revenue and expenses in client books based on generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) applicable to each client;

CCMP, PROSCI or other change management certification is an advantage

Knowledgeable in areas of Organizational Analysis; Human Behaviors Analysis; Data Analysis; Strategic Planning & Alignment; Change Management

Deep engagement with regional design and project management stakeholders internal to M Moser to strengthen integration.

Lead strategy and storytelling with a cross disciplinary team to define new experiences and opportunities for our clients.

Generate meaningful research and insights for new opportunities to demonstrate relevant industry knowledge

Actively connect with strategy leaders globally to align on our offerings, staying engaged with the market pulse.

Knowledge and experience with SAP software

Provide support to other accounting staff members when required and it is within your knowledge base

Minimum of 3+ years of of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience in the manufacturing industry

Post-secondary degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred

Excellent communication, problem solving, and critical thinking skills

Working towards or attained CPA certification

Professional experience in a Strategy role - Management Consulting or Corporate Strategy

Strong decision-making capability and excellent time management skills

Work closely with BUs and HQ management teams on strategic projects, bringing timely and useful insight and analytical support

Communicate recommendations to senior management in a clear, concise, and impactful way

Advanced analytical skills / data analysis capabilities and the ability to propose strategic improvements

Travel Requirement 25-50% of the time

Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to create presentations or proposals directed at a senior management audience

Create presentation and meeting material cater to various audiences including senior management in the organization

Around 5+ years of industry experience within a similar role, preferably with a degree in Business or Finance

Design tools, methodology and processes to assist product teams to manage their change initiatives and adopt Agile practices

Manage change portfolio financials and perform financial analysis/ reporting ad-hoc and on monthly basis

Administer, maintain, and support systems that track and manage the portfolio of initiatives and resources (Planview)

Ensuring all financial actions comply with local legal requirements

Great interpersonal skills that enable clear and effective communication with other employees and team members

3+ years of experience in related field

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company

Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)

3+ years of relevant experience in strategic consulting, corporate strategy or similar roles

3+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the financial services industry.

Experience working with complex automated general ledger and fixed assets systems is preferred.

Experience with loan and lease accounting systems is also preferred.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.

Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
