The Opportunity
To drive adoption and extract maximum value from our ERP and point-of-care applications, Amica is looking for a Yardi Analyst. Reporting to the Lead Systems Analyst, you will join our dynamic enterprise applications team with a primary focus on Yardi Senior Living. You’re a collaborator who loves solving problems with technology and using your good interpersonal and organizational skills to build positive relationships. We’ll surround you with people who are as passionate about technology and innovation as you are.
What You Will Be Doing

• Maintain and develop custom Yardi reports, workflows and menu sets.
• Stay current on new offering from Yardi and evaluate for usefulness in our environment.
• Apply business analysis methodology to elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs from key stakeholders.
• Focus on advanced requests and incidents requiring a deeper level of knowledge.
• Evaluate current Yardi environment and recommend improvements and enhancements.
• Play a pivotal role in ensuring ITs understanding of business requirements and providing sound technical solutions to business needs.
• Work with other 3rd party software and service providers to create automated integrations and RPA processes.
• Assist with Yardi conversions for new property acquisitions and set-ups.
• Create custom SQL reports, correspondence, and reporting packages as needed for accounting, senior EHRx and property management.
• Analyze and resolve system issues, working closely with others in IT to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.
• Recommend, test, and implement Yardi features, modules, plug-ins, enhancements, etc.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent
• Experience with Yardi 7S core, Voyager Senior Housing, RentCafe Senior CRM, EHR, Payment Processing, RentCafe Senior Living, RentCafe Wellness, Procure to Pay, Job Cost, Vendor Café.
• Familiarity with Senior living, basic accounting principles, or both.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience Yardi, preferably Senior Living using Property Management & Accounting, CRM, EHRx, Procure to Pay, Wellness, Payment Processing or Construction Management.
• Any experience with Salesforce or UIPath considered an asset.
• Ability to think independently and analytically and make recommendations based on observations.
• A knowledge of SQL Server databases, SSRS, Yardi Report writing and queries
