Work-At-Home Call Center Representative (Full-Time) ($15.50 / Hour)

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of SQL experience, including writing queries from scratch
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics
• Preferred: Experience with clinical and/or billing data in a hospital/healthcare setting
• 1+ years of experience with Tableau and/or Power BI

Responsibilities

• Promote self-service analytics and ensure data accuracy through data quality and stewardship functions
• Create data-driven insights to identify actionable opportunities for improving patient experience, care quality, and reducing costs
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, offering data-driven conclusions and recommendations
• Provide data analysis support, develop reports and dashboards to monitor program and operational performance
• Serve the ambulatory division by analyzing and presenting patterns in raw data to support population health initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analysis, Financial Analysis, Population Management, or Statistics
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Tableau
• Ability to mentor and guide junior analysts
• Familiarity with hospital operations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
