Reporting to the President, you will be responsible for managing and contributing to the company’s health, productivity and profitability and future-proofing the organization’s systems and technology.

What will you do?

This is a transformation agenda where as VP, Systems & Process, you are responsible for providing strategic direction, and leadership for the IT portfolio to ensure the development of an integrated plan and services for the management of IT services across the organization to drive the achievement of key deliverables including:

1. Design complete system transformation of a business by leveraging technology-based solutions;
2. Lead the Technology Strategy and IT Operating Model;
3. Align the technology and digital strategy to the strategic business direction;
4. Deliver a complete portfolio including program setup and rapid mobilization, scope and cost management, schedule and resource management, implement and sustain operations, quality management, change management and outcome and benefits management; and
5. Actively participate with the leadership of the organization as well as lead a team of engaged executives as well as external IT/SI partners.

What do you bring?

• Experience and expertise in working with SAP preferred.
• 10+ years successful track record as a leader in IT (or consulting) culminating in leading the IT, Systems, and Process functions.
• A passion for healthy Food and ideally some consumer goods experience.
• Experience in the delivery of a technology related strategy in a transformation agenda
• Experience in Manufacturing would be a critical asset.
